Now Hiring: Business Development Manager. Delaware, Ohio | Full-Time | Hybrid Position | Monday-Friday. Ready to build your future with a company that's actually growing? PFM Fleet Service is looking for a driven and outgoing Business Development Manager to help us expand our footprint and bring our industry-leading fleet services to even more businesses across Ohio. About the role: You'll be the front line for new customer acquisition, building relationships, setting appointments, and working closely with our leadership and service teams to drive revenue. You'll also take the lead in managing our social media presence to help build brand awareness and connect with our audience. Previous sales experience is required -- bonus points if you have experience acquiring fleet accounts (fuel sales, GPS tracking, service, etc.). This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with real potential for internal growth into senior sales and management positions.
