Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Showing, renting and cleaning storage units
• Writing lease contracts
• Making courtesy and collection calls
• Property and facility upkeep including outside grounds Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience (i.e., retail, hospitality, food service, property management) and/or other customer focused roles
• Strong computer skills
• Must be outgoing, friendly, with excellent verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and conduct
• Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation to and from work
• High school diploma or GED equivalent Ideal candidates have experience in (not required): Property Management, Leasing, Hospitality, Hotel Front Desk, Sales Associate, Customer Service, Retail Associate, Store Associate, Marketing.
