Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to focus on Latin America. This is an onsite position located in La Verne, CA. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and overseeing regional sales representatives to ensure growth and market expansion. Onsite: La Verne, CA. Travel: 15-25%. Pay: $120K plus bonus. Direct hire placement. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities in Latin America and the East Coast. * Strengthen relationships with existing customers. * Generate leads through networking and industry events. * Present company products and solutions to clients. * Monitor market conditions and adjust strategies. * Provide technical and sales support to customers. * Manage and support local sales representatives. * Set and monitor sales targets. * Provide training to sales teams. * Coordinate production, logistics, and sales strategies. * Provide market insights to management. Education & Experience Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. * 5+ years in channel/distribution management, sales, and business development. * Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus. * Experience managing sales teams and regional operations. * Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. * Positive attitude and self-starter mentality. * Ability to travel as needed. * Attention to detail and proactive mindset.
