Requirements * Licensed P &C professionals preferred , but we will train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow. * Strong integrity and a solid work ethic must provide references. * Proven sales success (1+ years in commission-based sales or a related field). * Excellent communication skills(written & verbal). * Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals.
