Responsibilities * Complete the PLACE New Agent 90 Day Launch training program with success * Dedicate at least 20 hours weekly to lead generation efforts * Conduct a minimum of 1-2 open houses per week * Join our daily (Monday to Friday) team Power Up meetings * Participate in team activities adhering to team standards * Attend weekly individual coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls * Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Qualifications * An active Arizona Real Estate License is requiredfor joining our team, though not necessary for the application process.
