Overview

: We are seeking a Real Estate Call Assistant to support our real estate business by documenting call results, updating records, and managing follow- ups. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented who enjoys organization and working behind the scenes to ensure smooth lead follow-up and client engagement.

Responsibilities

:

• Call Documentation - Accurately record call outcomes, including responses, objections, and next steps in the CRM.
• Database Management - Research and update property and owner records to ensure accurate contact details.
• Follow-Up Scheduling - Set follow-up appointments in the calendar and assign tasks based on call outcomes.
• Note-Taking & Organization - Maintain detailed notes on client interactions, updating CRM records accordingly.
• Lead Tracking - Monitor the status of leads, identifying opportunities for re-engagement.
• Basic Research - Cross-check listings, ownership records, and market data to provide up-to-date information. Ideal Candidate:
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong data entry and documentation abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM software (Brivity experience is a plus).
• Able to multi-task and prioritize follow-up actions.
• Experience in real estate, customer service, or administrative support is a plus but not required. This role is critical in ensuring follow-ups don't slip through the cracks and that leads are nurtured effectively.
