We're looking for someone eager to learn our industry, master our processes, and grow into a full-time sales role within approximately one year. What You 'll Do * Support our sales manager and dealer network by creating detailed customer proposals and managing order paperwork (invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents, etc.). * Act as a key liaison between Sales/Dealer Network, Engineering, and Accounting to ensure seamless communication. * Collaborate with third-party marketing partners to execute strategic email, print, convention, and direct marketing campaigns. * Deliver exceptional customer service to internal team members and external clients, often via phone and email. * Learn and utilize industry-specific software to streamline operations and drive results. Responsibilities * Prepare accurate and professional customer proposals. * Process and maintain order-related documentation in a paperless, multi-screen office. * Bridge communication between sales, engineering, and accounting teams. * Support marketing efforts to promote JEL's cutting-edge equipment. * Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues through top-notch service. Software We Use Experience is a plus but not required--we'll train the right candidate to master these tools: * QuoteWerks (quotation software) * Salesforce.com (CRM) * Syteline (ERP) * Microsoft Office * Google Workspace What We 're Looking For * Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software. * Comfort working in a digital, multi-screen environment. * Typing speed of 40+ words per minute. * Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving task environment. * Moderate technical aptitude (understanding mechanical/electrical concepts is a plus). * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Excellent communication skills, with confidence handling phone and email interactions. * A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a desire to grow into a sales role.
