Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background with In- Home Sales and customer service, with a proven ability to negotiate and upsell products effectively. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through in home sales, canvassing, networking, account management, and delivering engaging product demos to prospective clients. Responsibilities * Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. * Conduct product demonstrations that effectively showcase the benefits and features of our offerings. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and account management. * Utilize Acculynx for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on sales performance. * Collaborate with the Sales manager to develop strategies that enhance lead generation and conversion rates. * Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to existing customers. * Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market. Requirements * Proven experience in general sales or construction sales roles, preferably with homeowners. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. * Experience with AccuLynx CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with potential clients. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques in sales strategies.
