Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers with warmth and enthusiasm * Take and fulfill orders for cakes, cafe drinks, breads, pastries, and more * Share product knowledge to help customers find exactly what they need * Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately * Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming environment * Ensure Classic Bakery's service standards are met every day * Be part of a growing team committed to delighting our new Olney community Qualifications: * A love for bakeries, coffee, and great customer service * A cheerful, outgoing personality and positive attitude * Excellent communication and multitasking skills * Reliability and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced setting * Previous food/retail experience is a plus, but not required! * ServSafe certificate strongly preferred.
