We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Marketing & Sales Manager to support both marketing execution and sales operations. This role will focus on implementing marketing campaigns, managing reporting, coordinating with content creators, assisting in sales operations, and supporting global expansion through event participation. The ideal candidate understands marketing strategies, can analyze reports, suggest and schedule campaigns around new launches and key holidays, support sales operations, and has experience in the luxury goods sector. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Management: * Develop and schedule marketing campaigns tied to product launches, holidays, and brand events. * Manage and optimize digital marketing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads platforms. * Collaborate closely with content creators to deliver assets aligned with luxury brand positioning. * Analyze campaign and sales reports , extract insights, and propose improvements. * Coordinate email marketing, social media calendars, and advertising campaigns. * Assist in planning and supporting marketing for international trade shows and brand events. Sales Operations Support: * Assist the Business Development Director by managing back-office sales tasks. * Prepare and process sales orders , coordinate with warehouses, and track shipments. * Create and maintain sales reports , order forms, and product assortments. * Communicate with warehouse teams for inventory coordination, sample dispatches, and order fulfillment. * Send product samples to retail and distribution partners as needed. * Manage sales adjustments and maintain updated records. * Track and report on sales activities, forecasts, and customer engagement. Trade Shows & Global Meetings: * Coordinate event materials, booth logistics, and samples for international trade shows. * Attend trade shows and global distributor meetings to support sales and marketing efforts. Qualifications & Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. * 3-5+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales support, preferably in the luxury goods sector. * Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads , and email marketing. * Experience working with content creators and developing campaign calendars. * Proficient in reading and analyzing marketing and sales reports. * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and order management tools is a plus. * Understanding of luxury branding , customer expectations, and presentation standards. * Willingness and ability to travel internationally for events and meetings (up to 30%).
