About us We are a small business located in Huntington Park, Los Angeles, and Van Nays. Our objective is to provide our customers with the most memorable, yet affordable event they could have. With that being said, we seek to have a professional and productive work environment, and we are looking for employees that not only add that our productivity, but are skilled with customer service and sales. As an employee of Guadalupe, we expect that you: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs - Operate cash registers and POS systems to complete sales transactions - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and new technology offerings - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives -Show up to work on time and communicate days needed off in advance -Have reliable transportation to and from our locations Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales (at least a year) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English -Reliable transportation - Knowledge of wireless technology products is desirable - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team - Basic math skills for cash handling purposes Hours and Location: -You will have a fixed schedule for the most part, working Friday to Sunday. You may work at different locations if needed, however you will be notified days in advance. -Excluding our holiday hours (which may vary), you are to work from 11am to 7pm Pay rate: Starting off, you will be working at 20 an hour. However, once we train you and feel as though you are well prepared to help our company grow, we will raise the pay to 22 dollars an hour.
