Midco Diving & Marine Services, Inc. is a full-service underwater construction, inspection, and repair firm, working nationwide. We are growing our teams and have multiple positions available. Our teams complete a multitude of work ranging from lakes, dams, bridges, potable water tanks, intakes, processing plants, underwater construction, ROV inspections, and zebra mussel mitigation. Essential Function:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain customer records and files utilizing CRM software
• Identify service opportunities for customers
• Proactively work with management to resolve issues
• Maintain knowledge of services offered
• Prepare and review on site work proposals
• Offer resolution and adjustments as needed Education, Experience, and Skill:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
• Competency in Microsoft application including Work, Excel and Outlook
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required
• Phone Etiquette

• Time Management
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and substance screening
