Midco Diving & Marine Services, Inc. is a full-service underwater construction, inspection, and repair firm, working nationwide. We are growing our teams and have multiple positions available. Our teams complete a multitude of work ranging from lakes, dams, bridges, potable water tanks, intakes, processing plants, underwater construction, ROV inspections, and zebra mussel mitigation. Essential Function: * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships * Maintain customer records and files utilizing CRM software * Identify service opportunities for customers * Proactively work with management to resolve issues * Maintain knowledge of services offered * Prepare and review on site work proposals * Offer resolution and adjustments as needed Education, Experience, and Skill: * High school diploma or equivalent * Written and verbal communication skills * Experience using computers for a variety of tasks * Competency in Microsoft application including Work, Excel and Outlook * Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required * Phone Etiquette * Self-Confidence * Positive Attitude * Time Management * Successful completion of pre-employment background and substance screening Benefits Include: * Flex scheduling as needed * Training pay at $25.00 an hour * Health, Life, Dental and Vision Insurance available * Paid time off * Drug free Workplace * Support staff Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Work Location: In person
