Full description of the position

We are seeking a Relief Route Sales, in the Sioux Falls, SD Area! We are seeking a motivated Relief Route Sales to manage 40-60 accounts, ensuring product availability, proper display, and customer satisfaction. You will handle over 150 products, manage displays, and generate new sales.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Ensure product stock, rotation, and merchandising meet company standards
• Maintain good customer relations and timely service
• Set up and maintain displays
• Order and manage product inventory
• Load/unload delivery truck and report maintenance issues
• Complete paperwork accurately and participate in meetings

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record for 2 years
• Strong math and communication skills
• Retail or direct store delivery experience preferred
• Valid Class D driver's license
• Good Driving Record
• Effective Communication Skills
• Strong Work Ethic
• Well Organized
• Self-Motivated
• Ability to perform physical work associated with Route Truck loading, delivery, and in-store merchandising Physical

Requirements

:

• Lift up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 150 lbs
• Stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
• Work in various weather conditions Must be able to pass a drug screen and DOT Physical Examination. Some travel required, Mileage and Meal Reimbursement. Experience preferred, but not required, if you are the right person. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800/Weekly
