Overview

: We are actively seeking a Genetic Testing Sales Account Manager to drive the growth of our genetic testing business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in healthcare sales, with a focus on Primary Care, OB/GYN, Oncology, or Urology physicians.

Responsibilities

:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target call points.
• Conduct compelling consultative and strategic sales presentations leveraging our portfolio of genetic tests and industry expertise to effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Develop and nurture an individual sales pipeline.
• Tailor solutions to address the specific objectives, priorities, and obstacles of clinical customers.
• Facilitate the onboarding of our turnkey genetic testing service.
• Manage accounts and provide coaching support to Genetic Testing Specialists (GTS).

: In recognition of your exceptional contributions, we offer a highly competitive base salary with an uncapped, performance-driven commission structure. Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of successful healthcare sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills
• Well-established relationships with Primary Care, OB/GYN, Oncology, or Urology physicians
• Valid U.S. driver's license Total Target

Compensation
