Duties * Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and sell products that meet these needs. * Develop marketing plans to reach agency goals. * Must have positive attitude working with customers, service team and agent. * Work with customer service team to help with customer cross-sell needs. * Minimum production goal requirement each month, looking those that want to make $$$$ Qualifications: * Sales experience is preferred, looking for those that LOVE sales. * Successful record of meeting production goals. * Must have awesome communication skills and be relatable to customers. * Property & Casualty License required before employment can start. * Must be an extrovert with an outgoing personality, and not afraid to take no for an answer.
