Sales Supervisor TFO, Inc is a growing global retailer with opportunities for advancement specializing in Fragrances of The World. We are currently seeking a Sales Supervisor with a sales-driven spirit for our location at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets. Candidate should be able to lead a high performing team. Required Skills and Experience * Proven track record in achieving store and company goals, and in leading a successful sales team. * Must be a balanced leader that drives results and focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience. * Ability to motivate your talent to exceed expectations. * Responsible for store functions including, but not limited to, opening, closing, freight processing, and all day to day store activities. * Manage and influence team by communicating clear daily, weekly and monthly objectives. * Role model that elevates selling services to exceed company goals. * Energizes team to achieve sales results. Qualifications * Must possess prior retail and/or management experience. * Strong, communication, interpersonal, and written skills. * Ability to function in a fast-paced environment. * Strong selling and exceptional customer service skills.
