JOB DESCRIPTION SALES TAX ASSOCIATE Direct Hire $23-25/hour ABOUT THE COMPANY * Our client is a major player in the fuel industry and is highly respected in Ohio as well as nationally. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SALES TAX ASSOCIATE * Prepare and file sales and use tax returns, with a focus on fuel industry regulations. * Research and interpret tax laws related to fuel taxes, exemptions, and credits. * Ensure compliance with multi-state tax laws and reporting requirements. * Maintain and manage business licenses and registrations to ensure compliance. * Handle tax renewals and ensure all deadlines are met. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SALES TAX ASSOCIATE * Associates in business related field * 3+ years experience in sales tax * Advanced Excel user INAPR2025 LI-MD7 LI-ONSITE ZRCFS
