Job Summary Lighthouse Building Services is seeking a motivated and dynamic Construction Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise, making it essential for candidates to have a solid understanding of our industry and services. The Sales Representative will work closely with both new and existing clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business development and revenue growth in the Residential New Construction, Commercial Construction, Custom Renovations, and Trades Divisions (Plumbing/Septic, HVAC, and Roofing.) * Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients in B2B markets. * Engage in inside sales efforts, including product demos and presentations to prospective customers. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and improve service offerings. * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that effectively communicate product benefits. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities using our software tools. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client satisfaction. * Willingness to attend industry events and networking gatherings, and be proactive with prospecting for new business decelopment. Experience * Proven experience in business development in the Construction industry is essential. * Must have technical knowledge of our industry, and know how to estimate construction jobs. * Familiarity with lead generation techniques and inside sales processes. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs. * Previous experience in sales management is a plus but not required. * Proficiency in using JobTread or BuilderTrend software is highly desirable. * Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
