If you've worked in life insurance, real estate, debt settlement, collections, car sales, or personal finance - that's a plus! Communication: Strong phone communication skills are a must, coupled with vocabulary and grammar prowess. Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks seamlessly and demonstrate patience and compassion with every caller.
