Job Title : Sales Representative, Trade Show Job Summary: The Tradeshow Sales Representative Follows up with tradeshow general contractors to ensure their needs are met for successful tradeshow operations. Job Responsibilities: * Makes outbound sales calls to exhibitors from show exhibitor list that represent potential opportunities to secure individual shipments for TForce Freight. * Quotes customers accurately and secures shipments to meet and exceed revenue goals for the department and the company. * Educates and assists exhibitors and Account Managers on the Tradeshow process to ensure their needs are met for successful tradeshow operations. * Verifies billing accuracy to ensure tradeshow discounts are honored. * Coordinates pick-ups and deliveries with TFF terminals to prepare the terminals for incoming freight * Corrects bills to resolve issues. * Updates spreadsheets reflecting sponsorships, events, and tradeshows to maintain a central database for planned events. Maintains a record of inbound and outbound tradeshow sales to reflect controllable revenue from TForce Freight. * Job Requirements: * U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S * Currently in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself * Bachelor degree (or internationally comparable degree) * Previous experience in the transportation industry - Preferred * Sales experience - Preferred * Previous Tradeshow experience- Preferred
