Full Job description [please apply online] This is a position that we are urgently hiring for due to the rapid expansion of our automotive group. Clay Cooley Automotive has 21 locations throughout the DFW metroplex and is at the forefront of the quickly evolving shift to online shopping. We have an immediate need for innovative, career minded self- starters that have a passion for working with clients online, and in person to solve customers' automotive needs. Looking for individuals that have the desire to advance in leadership roles by providing daily results in the Internet Sales Manager-trainee role that are self-confident, high energy, and believe career advancement is second to only providing excellent customer service. Job Requirements: Must be a self-starter with good time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to build strong customer relationships Professional Appearance Positive & friendly attitude Interpersonal communications skills Basic computer skills High school diploma or equivalent Must have a valid Driver's License This is a FULL-TIME opportunity Supplemental Pay types: Bonus opportunities Commission pay Responsibilities * Assist in managing dealership sales operations and customer interactions to enhance overall sales performance. * Utilize effective communication skills to engage with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process. * Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to drive sales growth. * Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets. * Uphold high standards of professionalism and time management in all interactions.
