Grand Oak Homes is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified in-house Sales Consultant. This employee will coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Understand customer goals and challenges in the homebuying process
• Provide excellent customer service
• Meet or exceed monthly sales/settlement quota
• Understand and utilize all sales forms, reports, procedures, contracts and policies
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the homebuying process
• Establishes Realtor relations through marketing, frequent office visits, phone and email follow up
• Attend or host events
• Display a thorough knowledge of the company's plan portfolio
• Assist customers with selection of home site, house plan, and structural options
• Participate in weekly sales meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge and Skills:

Requirements

:

• Must be a licensed Broker in North Carolina
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable form of transportation
• Prior experience in new home sales (2+ years preferred)
• CRM software experience Job Type: Full-time
