Summary As a Service BDC Representative, you will be integral to enhancing customer satisfaction within our dealership. Your core skills in customer service, communication, and retail sales will enable you to effectively engage with clients, manage inquiries, and support the service team. Utilizing your premium skills and CRM software, you will foster strong relationships and streamline the service process. Additionally, your relevant skills in call center operations will ensure efficient handling of customer needs, contributing to our goal of delivering exceptional automotive service. Responsibilities

:

• Set Maintenance appointments for existing and prospective clients.
• Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
• Generate appointments by making proactive outbound phone calls and proper follow up with customers.
• Generate daily reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a dealership environment with a strong focus on customer service and retail sales.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to manage inventory and perform cold calling effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in retail math. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
