Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce MMA Insurance's commercial insurance offerings. Consultation: Meet with business clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions. Policy Management: Oversee and manage client portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services. Relationship Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty. Networking: Attend industry events and local business gatherings to expand your network and identify new sales opportunities. Continuous Education: Stay informed about the latest trends and regulations in the insurance industry to offer the most relevant advice.

Requirements

Licensing: Must obtain a valid Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License. Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or a related field. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interaction and team collaboration. Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently while meeting sales targets and deadlines. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client accounts and priorities. Relationship Building: Aptitude for building lasting relationships with clients and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems and other digital tools for managing and tracking sales activities.
