As a AT&T Sales Associate with us you will work with the latest technology devices including Iphones, Androids, tablets and other devices that our customers seek interest in. Our AT&T Sales Associate will provide each customer with excellent service to support them in either introducing them to our clients services or upgrading their current plans. Our AT&T Sales Associate will be responsible for ensuring that customer needs are met and their expectations are exceeded when it comes to personalized sales solutions and customer support services. The AT&T Sales Associate will represent our AT&T client, be our customers first point of contact, and indulge in telecommunication connections. We strive to keep people connected and the AT&T Sales Associate will give our customers the best experience they deserve with the attention they need. AT &T Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and respond to their inquiries of services and concerns * Assist in the sales management of existing accounts as well as the acquisition of potential customers * Process new customer service orders for them accurately and confidentially * Educate customers about our clients products and services * Facilitate communication between customers and the technicians, ensuring that activation processes run smoothly * Stay current on all promotions and upgrades that are relevant to customers * Abide by all compliance policies and guidelines Skills Of Our AT &T Sales Associate: * Previous experience in a sales, and/or customer service environment is a plus * Personable, able to work well with others, and communicate effectively * Ability to think quickly and offer effective solutions on the spot * Proactive, able to take initiative * Strong communication skills to connect with customers * Wireless experience is a plus but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $842.00 - $922.00 per week Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: In person
