Job Overview Commercial Real Estate property management company located in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an in-house CPA or Attorney to join our growing company with a small office environment. This position will be responsible for performing various functions related to leasing agreements to include documenting contracts and ensuring all contractual obligations are met. Room for potential growth. Duties * Ability to review and analyze leases * Prepare lease abstracts outlining tenant and landlord obligations * Maintain lease files to ensure all obligations are met * Create and maintain departmental processes and procedures * Other responsibilities as assigned by management team Experience * Real estate experience required with strong technical knowledge, analytical expertise and attention to detail * Minimum 3 years' recent experience reviewing and documenting leases * CPA license or Admission to Bar required *In office position and no travel required Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Paid time off Schedule: * Monday to Friday License/Certification: * CPA (Required) * Admission to the bar (Required) Work Location: In person
