Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or other related fields is preferred. * Insurance designation such as AFSB, CPCU, CRIS or other related programs or the ability and willingness to attain designation within 18 months as Account Executive. * 10+ years of Bond account management experience or Bond sales. * Hold current and valid Property and Casualty insurance license. * Prior experience with AMS 360 and Image Right preferred. Summary Bonds Account Executives are responsible for working with Sales Executives to establish and nurture new client relationships while ensuring the retention of existing clients. They specialize in bonding solutions, providing expert guidance on surety and fidelity bonds. They foster positive client relationships by delivering tailored bond programs, ensuring compliance with underwriting requirements, and diligently servicing assigned accounts.
