Senior Account Director Drive Strategic Growth. Lead with Vision. Elevate Client Success. Mills James is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Director to join our Sales Leadership Team. This senior-level role will lead strategic account development, build long-term client relationships, and drive business growth across national and enterprise-level clients. If you are a proven sales leader with a passion for client success and a deep understanding of video production, live events, and creative services, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

:

• Lead strategic accounts across corporate, nonprofit, and agency clients--serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Build strong relationships with senior and key decision-makers, agencies, and internal teams to drive recurring revenue and account growth.
• Coach and mentor emerging sales talent to foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Live Event, Video & Broadcast production teams along with Finance, Marketing, HR, IT and other functional experts to develop and deliver tailored solutions.
• Oversee account planning, proposal development, contract negotiation, delivery coordination, and billing processes.
• Contribute thought leadership and innovation to client strategies and internal initiatives.

What You Bring

:

• 10+ years of experience in strategic account management within video production, live events, or related professional services.
• A strong track record of building trusted client partnerships, achieving revenue goals, and delivering measurable client impact.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• Expertise in business development, client strategy, financial stewardship, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
