Our Telemarketer/Inside Sales Rep will generate appointments for the Sales and Rentals team. You will identify their needs, build relationships and close deals. Responsibilities include: * Source equipment rental and sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound telephone conversations. * Route sales opportunities to the sales and rentals team for further development. * Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest. * Assist in expanding our database of prospects. Requirements are: * Outgoing personality with great telephone skills * Prior working knowledge of construction equipment or products preferred * Strong customer service professional * Ability to cultivate positive client relationships * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Computer literate, and able to develop rapport with customers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * Day shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities Work Location: In person
