Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is essential for driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and customer relationship management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and enhance our overall sales performance. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOMECARE MARKETING Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives. * Identify and pursue new market opportunities through research and analysis. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the sales team to align business development strategies with sales initiatives. * Utilize software tools, including Salesforce, for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on progress. * Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. * Manage projects related to business development initiatives from inception through execution. Requirements * Proven experience in business development or a related field with a strong understanding of sales processes. * Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Proficiency in customer relationship management software, particularly Salesforce. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
