Now hiring Outside Sales Representative / Account Executive for Staffing Recruiting Industry . $70K-$75K Base + Uncapped Commissions. Location: Southern California (San Diego County, Orange County, or Los Angeles County) + Opportunity to Work from Home Schedule: Remote (8am-5pm, Mon.-Fri., plus local travel to visit clients and potential new clients)

Compensation

: $70k - $75k Base Salary + UNCAPPED Commissions (total 1st- year potential: $100k-$130k) Are you a driven and fearless professional with a knack for building lasting business relationships? Join our team as a Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in connecting companies with top talent in industries like manufacturing, construction, aerospace, robotics, and more. What You 'll Do:

• Generate and nurture leads through prospecting campaigns, cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients.
• Manage the sales cycle, negotiate contracts, and onboard new clients.
• Conduct meetings to understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
• Build relationships via site visits, LinkedIn networking, etc.
• Leverage your Southern California network to identify new business opportunities. What We 're Looking For:
• A dynamic, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for results.
• Strong experience in business development, prospecting, and client management.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to cold-call and visit clients in person.
