Category: Full Time Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: Mid Career (2+ years of experience) Work city: Fort Worth Telesys is currently looking for an Outside Sales Account Executive. We are seeking someone with experience in voice service, phone system or IT solution sales but, other parallel industry/experience may be considered. Knowledge of relationship networking is a must. Our candidate must be motivated, energetic and dynamic. Knowledge of Avaya IP Office, ESI, Samsung phone system is a plus.This position is paid a base plus commission and is bonus eligible.We provide paid medical, matching retirement plan, car allowance, cell phone and employee will work out of our office here in Fort Worth. Key Job Factors Identify, target, and develop new accounts to increase market share. Meet or exceed quota by assessing the needs of new and existing business customers and develop appropriate action plans to close the sale. Effectively utilize resources to solve issues and create solutions to respond to the business needs of the customer. Ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations by managing accounts with professionalism in order to develop excellent business relationships.
