Full description of the position
We are looking for an experienced Pre-Owned Automotive Sales Manager and closer to join our team! Our goal is for customers to be so delighted with their vehicle purchase that they will happily recommend us to friends and family. The perfect manager will support the sales team Identify and qualify potential customers to purchase vehicle and products while keeping daily operations of the store running smoothly! Customer referrals are the ultimate compliment and a great manager knows how to motivate their sales staff in acquiring these referrals from the customer. With a variety of luxury vehicle options available, we differentiate ourselves by understanding our local car- buying community and satisfying its needs; helping valued local and long distance customers find the vehicle that's the "right fit" at the right price. Automotive Sales Manager Responsibilities: * Manage daily operation of the sales and finance floor. * Drive and motivate the sales team and require results from minimum daily calls to setting appointments which lead to sales. * Ability to successfully SUBMIT, PENCIL and CLOSE deals with the customer and lender and turnover to finance managers office. * To accurately submit appraisals and obtain confirmations from the buyer. * Guide and help the sales team perform vehicle walk-around demonstrations to show off the features and benefits of our vehicles. * Have mandatory sales meetings to promote sales and ensure staff discipline to meet daily sales goals. * Contact and create appointments from leads via phone and email. * Work with staff on getting daily objectives achieved in a timely manner. * Create and maintain excellent relationships with customers. * Conduct business in a variety of methods, such as email, telephone, in-person appointments, and others * Work with Owner and Manage tenured sales team to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction. * Provide daily reports via email of the day to owners. * Manage and if necessary, discipline staff on violations to obtain the best results. * Manage reviews and any objections, including but not limited to post sales issues. Automotive Sales Manager Requirements: * Must have at least 3 years of Pre-Owned Sales Management Experience * Must know how to STRUCTURE, SUBMIT & DESK DEALS * Must be pro efficient in Vinsolutions, Vauto, Dealertrack & DMS * Superior communication and customer service skills * Excellent multi-tasking skills * Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude * Willing to TO from the first point of contact * Managing group of workers to help assist you with business needs and Goals to hit * Defuse escalating situations and be proactive with a positive mind set We Offer: * Competitive salary plus commission * Day & Evening shifts * Monday to Friday * Weekend availability Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Work Location: In personlarge dealership group
