Account Manager Job Overview: As a small, dynamic marketing agency located in downtown Richmond, VA, we've gotten used to wearing many hats, and we're looking for someone to do the same. 93 Octane is seeking a highly organized and energetic person to join our marketing team as a part-time Account Manager. The hybrid role requires (3) in-person days at our downtown office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous marketing experience who's looking to re-enter the field part-time or for an early- career marketer eager to take the next step. Duties: - Demonstrate leadership skills by serving as a dependable liaison between our marketing agency and our portfolio of small to mid-sized business clients. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives and ensure exceptional service. - Communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams to convey project goals, provide updates, and translate feedback. - Utilize technology to track client projects, interactions and progress. - Collaborate closely with our internal team to deliver high-quality branding and marketing solutions on time and on budget. Qualifications: - A minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing agency. - Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. - Excellent analytical skills in interpreting data and making informed decisions. - Knowledge of market dynamics and business development strategies. - Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams towards common goals. Extra Points if: * You bring essential copywriting experience, supporting our content creation needs while also delivering reliable and thorough proofreading assistance. * You have experience in paid social media campaigns and/or PR. * You're versed in Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
