Responsibilities

: To generate sales by servicing new & current cemetery clients. Specific

Duties

:

• Prospect every day - Make the necessary telephone contacts with prospective customers to maintain an ample supply of leads via cold, at-need, pre-need follow-up & seminars.
• Meet and exceed established sales quotas.
• Assist families at the time of a death to arrange meaningful celebrations of life that appropriately reflect the life of the person being laid to rest.
• Follow up with all families and generate new referrals.
• Obtain permanent record files and genealogy on all sales.
• Personal deliveries of deed, legal work and coupons (obtain permanent record files & referrals).
• Enter all clients and new prospects with notes into CRM System and follow up with a proven method of success that generates more sales for you.
• Promote preplanning to affiliations of cemeteries to include, but not limited to: Family & friends of the deceased who are interred in cemetery. Community members. Organizations, associations and churches within the community. What We 're Looking For:

Requirements

:

• Driver's License with reliable vehicle and auto insurance (Required)
• Ability to obtain Cemetery Sales license through the state of Wisconsin.
• Schedule Monday - Friday, some weekends as needed. There are set hours as well as flexibility to set your own schedule
