Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Conduct interior and exterior inspections to identify conditions conducive to termites. * Provide termite treatment for both pre and post construction. * The use of a variety of hand tools * Calculating basic mathematic equations * Establish effective working relationships with a variety of customers. * Use of handheld computerized equipment to manage service calls and documents * Provide customers with general information about our various services. * Providing sales estimates and offers to potential customers in accordance with the current Pricing Matrix. * Meet monthly sales goals. * Completing all service agreements, inspections, and documentation in accordance with Turner standards * Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor. * Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. * Local travel required within local territory or state. Qualifications and Education Requirements * Enjoy working outdoors in varied weather conditions. * Proven sales experience preferred. * Enjoy communicating and engaging with customers. * Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold. * Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent * Must possess a valid driver's license and meet company driving standards. * Ability to work independently, manage route-based work, and provide exceptional customer service.
