Twyford Law Office is a growing family law firm that specializes in divorce, family law and criminal defense. We are seeking an exceptional and experienced salesperson to join our team. As a Legal Sales Specialist, you'll play a vital role in converting leads into clients by assessing their needs, building trust, and guiding them through the first steps of their legal journey. While legal experience is a plus, this is primarily a sales position - you'll be engaging with potential clients, overcoming objections, and ensuring they choose our firm to represent them. Come joint us with your sales experience to help lead our inbound and sales team! *What you 'll do: * Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and confidence * Listen actively to understand potential clients' legal needs * Use persuasive communication to convert inquiries into consultations or clients * Qualify leads and determine if they're a good fit for our services * Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups. What we're looking for: * Sales-minded mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust * Experience in a high-volume sales or customer service role preferred * Knowledge of Google and Microsoft products * Legal knowledge is a plus but is not required - we'll train you! In law the Washington State Bar heavily regulates 'fee sharing' and thus commission structures are disfavored if not outright disallowed therefore the salary is competitive but may be inferior to a more cutthroat, high pressure industrial, commercial or B2B sales environment. The individuals' pay, including bonuses and incentives, is based on various factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
