Qualifications

:

• A licensed broker or working on obtaining your broker license
• Is comfortable working in a ENTIRELY COMMISSION-BASED role with favorable commission-splits
• A self-starter, resourceful and learning based
• Someone with a passion for consistently earning $100,000 or more per year
• Grit, determination and an excellent team player
• Growth mindset
