Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities This position will effectively present targeted number of sales estimates and offers to potential customers in accordance with current Pricing Matrix. * Complete all sales duties, including, but not limited to, Service Agreement Completion, accurate inspections, and follow up on previous estimates. * Build rapport with customers over the phone to ensure understanding, provide exceptional service and close business. * Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements * Previous sales experience preferred * Excellent communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport with potential customers via phone required * Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold * High School diploma or GED required Required Skills * Ability to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully * Ability to multi-task as position will require data entry while on the phone. * Regular and punctual attendance * Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly to build relationships and promote excellent customer service Preferred Skills * Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Physical Requirements * Long hours on the telephone and personal contact with customers * Ability to work long hours as needed * Long periods of sitting
