Customer Success Representative Responsibilities * Communicate with customers at in-person events about telecommunication products and services that they may qualify for * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all customers seeking assistance * Guide customers through the sales process, clearly explaining all available offers, including promotional products * Collaborate with community leaders to organize events that deliver valuable services to underserved areas * Serve as a trusted resource for customers, answering questions, and providing ongoing support * Attend daily Customer Success Representative meetings to review client expectations, learn new product knowledge, and collaborate with the team and management * Accurately input customer data and information into company systems using a mobile device, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies Customer Success Representative Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * 0-2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality or any customer-facing role * A proactive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn and develop new skills * Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Team Player who is also comfortable working independently * Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and maintain punctuality Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,175.00 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Cell phone reimbursement * Opportunities for advancement * Travel reimbursement Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Performance bonus Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
