Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers at in-person events about telecommunication products and services that they may qualify for
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all customers seeking assistance
• Guide customers through the sales process, clearly explaining all available offers, including promotional products
• Collaborate with community leaders to organize events that deliver valuable services to underserved areas
• Serve as a trusted resource for customers, answering questions, and providing ongoing support
• Attend daily Customer Success Representative meetings to review client expectations, learn new product knowledge, and collaborate with the team and management
• Accurately input customer data and information into company systems using a mobile device, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies Customer Success Representative

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality or any customer-facing role
• A proactive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn and develop new skills
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Team Player who is also comfortable working independently
• Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and maintain punctuality Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,175.00 per week
