Responsibilities Negotiate, seek out, and close real estate deals. Develop and maintain relationships with property owners. Evaluating properties and market data to assess investment profitability. * Outbound Calls * Underwriting/Analyzing Real Estate Deals * Presenting offers * Negotiating Real Estate deals * Converting/Closing warm leads Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is ideal, HS Diploma required. * Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role. * 1+ years of sales experience. * Communication skills. * Closing skills. * Self motivator.
