About the Role

This isn't your typical real estate assistant job. We need someone who's just as comfortable reviewing title documents as they are walking a property under renovation. You'll be the operational heartbeat of our team, working across transactions, construction progress, field support, and admin -- making sure every deal moves forward smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate & Transaction Support

• Run property comps and market analyses like a pro using MLS and valuation tools
• Coordinate and manage all things escrow from start to finish
• Analyze title reports, identify liens and encumbrances, and flag risks
• Prepare and manage contracts, offers, addenda, and real estate documents
• Assist with mortgage and lending processes, ensuring timely follow-through
• Support leasing, inspections, and tenant screening processes Operational & Field Support
• Visit properties and job sites to track and report renovation progress
• Work with city officials to pull permits and ensure compliance
• Meet with clients and vendors, and assist with negotiations or walkthroughs
• Manage remodel estimates, budgets, and project timelines
• Proactively flag delays or risks and keep the team updated
• Assist in marketing and leasing efforts for available properties Administrative & Team Support
• Manage schedules, data entry, filing, and CRM systems
• Support the acquisitions and sales team with follow-ups and coordination
• Keep communication flowing between internal departments and external partners What We 're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in real estate transactions, title, or escrow services
• Strong understanding of the escrow process, title review, and lending procedures
• Proven experience managing property renovations or construction tracking
• Solid knowledge of real estate software, MLS platforms, and CRM tools
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills -- you thrive under pressure
• Strong communication and people skills; customer-service mindset
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace and other digital tools Bonus Points If You:
• Are bilingual (Spanish is a big plus!)
• Have worked with investors, wholesalers, or in fix-and-flip environments
• Are confident in managing teams, vendors, or field operations
