What you'll do: * Ensure individual sales goals are achieved by formulating and following planned sales strategies and company marketing programs. * Customers look to you for help finding the best quality product, or substitutions, for their designs. * Identify customer's buying trends. * Provide information to customer on new and current products and anticipate future needs * Notify customer of any problems with order fulfillment prior to shipment leaving the building and have suitable substitution in mind before communicating with the customer * Utilize CRM to manage leads, prospects, and opportunities. * Following your sales full cycle.
