As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional in-person service and helping them find the best phones, accessories, and wireless plans to meet their needs. The Customer Service and Sales Associate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending tailored wireless solutions, and guiding them through the purchasing process. This role also involves staying current on the latest technology trends, helping customers with product inquiries, and meeting sales targets to drive success. As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you will have the chance to work in an environment where every day presents new challenges and opportunities. You will empathize with customers, answer their questions, and make product recommendations to ensure they receive the best possible experience. Whether it's upselling accessories or explaining the latest phone features, you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-tier customer service. Customer Service and Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Interact with customers to provide top-notch customer service and support as a Customer Service and Sales Associate * Recommend and sell wireless phones, accessories, and plans tailored to customer needs * Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and expert knowledge * Stay up-to-date with the latest wireless technology and sales strategies as a Customer Service and Sales Associate * Meet and exceed sales goals and metrics by staying connected to customers and following up on their wireless service and delivery * Work with other Customer Service and Sales Associates to increase position knowledge to expand into a higher position within the company Customer Service and Sales Associate Qualifications: * A passion for sales, customer service and helping others * Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus * Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with customers * Work self sufficiently independently and as part of a team * Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and complete tasks * Knowledge of wireless phones, technology, and services is a bonus for any Customer Service and Sales Associate Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,200.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Shift: * Day shift Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Work Location: In person
