Position: Inside Sales Representative - Hospital Product Sales 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help drive sales in an established territory. What You'll Be Doing: * Manage an established territory and build long-term relationships with current clients while acquiring new accounts. * Engage with current customers , reconnect with lost clients , and develop new leads daily through phone calls, emails, and relationship-building efforts. * Actively sell and promote our industry-leading nurse call products to healthcare facilities, hospitals, and other institutions. * Maximize earning potential with uncapped commissions by consistently exceeding sales targets. What We're Looking For: * At least 3 years of sales experience (medical sales or nurse call systems experience is a plus). * Excellent communication skills , with the ability to build rapport and effectively present solutions. * Strong organizational skills to manage your accounts and day-to-day activities. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of success. * Comfortable with routine travel to your assigned territory on a scheduled basis. * Tech-savvy with basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM systems and sales tools.
