About An established, in-home senior care provider company is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate new leads through networking, prospecting, and community involvement. The ideal candidate has worked in business development/sales in the senior care industry, with a proven track record. Location/Market and Job Type

• Milwaukee, WI
• Office Based when not visiting clients

Compensation

• $60-65k base + $5-6.5k quarterly bonus
• Car allowance

Duties and Responsibilities

• Brings in new business through cold calling, networking, and prospecting among Hospitals, VA Clinics, Rehab Facilities, nursing homes, assisted living, and other retirement or senior care communities
• Maintains accounts by visiting and following up with customers
• Leads presentations and events, representing the company in trade shows, community events and conferences
• Maintains and manages a CRM system
• Helps lead operations and staff, and brings new ideas to the table
• Has an owners mentality to contribute to the success of the organization

Qualifications

and Skills

• 5+ years of sales/business development experience, ideally in the senior care sales industry
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Must be comfortable cold calling and networking
• Experience with in-home senior care sales & business development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and other pre-employment screenings Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Shift:
