Job Overview Seeking a real estate agent with a Florida real estate license to join my team in the world of restaurant sales. Join the growing company of We Sell Restaurants specializing in the sale of restaurants. We work with buyers and sellers to make their dreams come true. Job includes canvassing and mailing of postcards and such to build a portfolio of listings. We train you on how to market and get listings. We Sell Restaurants has its own internal website for tracking and managing leads as well as buyers. Work week is typically Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Weekends are up to you. We say that this is a restaurant type job with bankers hours. Here is what we will provide to get you started: -Training at We Sell Restaurants headquarters in Flagler Beach -Ongoing support from your local We Sell Restaurants Certified Broker -First run of print advertising paid in full -Great commission split -Franchise support from We Sell Restaurants -Our broker will hold your license. No fee unless you sell. -Unlimited potential depending on your desire to build a portfolio We are looking for a representative to manage the Palm Bay, Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, and parts of Port St Lucie market. Have your own designated territory that you manage. You would be the only We Sell Restaurants agent in these markets.
