RLH Industries, Inc. is currently seeking highly technical sales professionals to drive sales for the Eastern US territory. The successful candidate will possess the desire and ability to become familiar with our products and obtain the skills and technical knowledge to lead customer discussions and effectively present company products. The position is based in Orange, CA with in office hours typically between 600AM-300PM which may vary based on assigned territory. Out of state travel will be required for on-site customer visits, presentations, and conference exhibits. Sales representatives will be asked to sell from our product portfolio which includes but is not limited to: * Fiber Optic Media Converters * Fiber Optic Cable * Fiber Patch Panels * Industrial Ethernet Switches * Ethernet IO * Industrial Power Supplies * Telecommunication Enclosures Job Responsibilities: * Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers * Prospect and contact potential customers * Maintain and grow sales with established customers within territory * Create quotes and estimates * Track activity in company CRM * Set up appointments to keep customers aware of latest product news * Attend conferences as an exhibitor * Meet and or exceed company sales goals * Fulfill any sales related duties not mentioned above Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales in related field * Familiarity with CRM platforms * Ability to build rapport with clients * Strong negotiation skills * Deadline and detail-oriented * Ability to work in a team-oriented environment * Desire to learn company product portfolio * Strong written and oral communications skills * Ability to thrive in a fast paced working atmosphere Qualifications (Desired but not Required): * Telecommunications Industry Experience (technical or sales) * Familiarity with Fiber Optic Cable or Fiber Optic Products * Understanding of basic networking principles and practices Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, can vary on the pace of business.
