Job Title: Business Development Executive - Healthcare Staffing Location: Preference for Chicagoland area (Remote candidates considered) Company: Med-Call Healthcare Overview: Med-Call Healthcare is a national leader in healthcare staffing and workforce solutions. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base across multiple healthcare sectors. This individual must bring strong experience in recruitment, staffing, account management, and sales within the healthcare industry, particularly with VMS/MSP programs and direct client engagements. The ideal candidate will understand how to price and position staffing solutions across clinical and non-clinical disciplines for both contract and direct hire placements. This role will interface with C-level leadership and clinical decision-makers, and will be supported by a strong internal team including recruitment, sourcing, marketing, and lead generation personnel. Key Responsibilities: * Drive business development efforts targeting VMS/MSP programs and direct healthcare clients * Sell tailored staffing solutions into acute hospitals, SNFs, home health agencies, surgical centers, physician practices, academic environments, and organizations in the medical device, pharmaceutical, and life sciences sectors * Develop pricing strategies for both contract and direct hire roles, across clinical and non-clinical disciplines * Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution development, presentations, negotiation, and post-sale support * Build and maintain relationships with healthcare decision-makers, including nursing leadership, physicians, finance executives, and CEOs/owners * Collaborate with internal recruitment and sourcing teams to ensure alignment with client needs * Guide recruitment teams on effective sourcing techniques and implement KPIs to drive performance and delivery * Maintain working knowledge of credentialing requirements and healthcare staffing compliance across regions * Use CRM software (Bullhorn preferred) to manage leads, activity, and performance metrics * Monitor industry trends and contribute to strategic planning efforts * Oversee staffing RFPs from lead generation efforts, ensuring accurate, competitive, and timely submissions * Represent Med-Call Healthcare at conferences, networking events, and client meetings Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, account management, and sales * Proven understanding of VMS/MSP program operations and direct healthcare client acquisition * Experience selling and pricing contract and direct hire staffing services * Knowledge of credentialing and compliance workflows in healthcare staffing * Bachelor's degree required (business, healthcare, or related field) * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * CRM experience required; Bullhorn preferred * Candidates with strong recruitment and account management experience will be considered even if they have limited direct sales background Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Work Location: RemoteMed-Call Healthcare, Inc
